us. We have not seen these dogs and have not done behavior

SCRR Dogs , are fostered by Second Chance Rottweiler Rescue. We are always looking for more fostor homes so that we can save more Rotties. Please see our foster parent page if you are interested.Online Adoption Application
All of our adoptions require a $200 donation to help supplement the cost of medical treatment, food and associated cost. We are sorry but if we did not charge we couldn’t save these dogs. Most dogs we spend more then we get back but every little bit helps us in our cause to save this wonderful breed. Thank you for your understanding also remember that your donation may be tax deductable.

Max 1.5 year old Male
This is Max he is about 1.5 years old. He is very sweet but is kind
of aloof when you first meet him. After he knows you he is very
friendly.
He is housebroken and walks nicely on a leash. Max is good with
other dogs but mostly ignores them and he does his own thing. He is neutered, vaccinated tested heartworm negative and is on
preventative and is microchipped.
He is a very nice looking German style dog with his natural tail as
they are in all of Europe.

Daisy 1.5 year old Female
This is Daisy, she is about 1.5 years old. She is still very puppy like in her ways. She came to us totally untrained and she has made a lot of progress, and she would benefit a lot by going to obedience school. She is very friendly and playful. She is crate trained, housebroken and rides well in a car. Her leash manners need improvement. She will play well with younger male high energy dogs. She is very high energy and needs a very active family. She is spayed,vaccinated and is on heartworm prevention.

Mira 4 year old Female
Mira is about 4 years old, We think that she is part Doberman and we
do not know what the other parts are. She is about 45-50 pounds. She
is spayed, vaccinated microchipped, heartworm negative and is on
preventative. She walks nicely on a leash and rides well in the car
and she is housebroken and is not destructive in the house. Mira gets
along with some dogs but would do best as an only dog.
Mira was tormented by the children in her previous home so we are
looking for a home for her that is quiet and without children. When
she first came to us she was afraid of everybody and very
withdrawn. She is still reserved but now she will go up and greet
strangers, she is slowly finding out the people will not hurt her.
She
loves to go on long walks. She is a loving and loyal dog and is a
good watch dog. She would be perfect as a companion for an older
quiet couple or person.

Tia 1.5 year old Female
This beautiful girl is Tia, She is about 1.5 years old, she was
pulled from the Placer SPCA. She is spayed and vaccinated and will she
microchipped and heart worm tested on the 23rd of January after that, she
will be ready for adoption. She is very friendly and is housebroken
and crate trained. She is fine with other large dogs. Her manners are
not the best but she is learning. She rides well in the car.

 Chance 4 year old Male
This sweet boy is Chance. He has been at the rescue for far to long and really needs a forever home. Chance is around 4 years old. He is very friendly and would make and excellent family member. He really wants to please and he seeks attention. He walks fairly well on a leash and we are working on improving it. He is also crate trained. He gets along well with other dogs and he plays well with another year old male.
He is excellent with females also. He is neutered and
vaccinated and is now on heartworm preventative. He has his natural
tail. Chance is a small rottie and is most probably a mix. He would be fine with children above the age of 8.
Chance is up to date on his vaccinations, microchipped is heart worm negative and is on preventative.

 Lucy 1 year old Female
This cute pup is Lucy. She is somewheres around a year old. She is very energetic and playful and plays well with other dogs. She is housebroken and crate trained. Her manners around people are not the best.
Lucy is very loving and would make a great family pet with a little work on her manners by a person willing to spend time with her. Lucy came to us on her last day before euthanasia. She has a tail that is about 6 inches long. I looks like somebody tried to dock her tail and did not know what they were doing. Lucy is spayed up to date on her vaccinations, microchipped is heart worm negative and is on preventative.

 Graham 4 year old Male
He is very playful and friendly. He gets along well with females and some non aggressive males. He is very large, about 120 pounds. He is smart and wants to please, however he requires a strong leader. No children under 16 and no cats. He is neutered and vaccinated. He is on Heart worm preventative.

Hope 3 year old Female
Loking for a challange?
This pretty girl is Hope. She is about 3 years old. She is a feral dog who we have had in our rescue for about 7 months. Hope was trapped in the hills above Chico. She is a true feral. We do not know how long she had been on her own probably most of her life as she would not come near people but she was very happy to be with other dogs.
Hope has made a lot of progress but she is in need of somebody to foster her who can spend a lot of time with her and introduce her to many situations.
She now walks fine on a leash, is crate trained and is OK with people when she is on a leash when she knows that she cannot get away. She is fine with me when we are alone together but whenever there is a stranger around she will bolt and run away. The other dogs give her more confidence but she still will not come up to a stranger. She is afraid of any loud noises, cars and anything that is strange to her environment. She has gotten better and can be walked on the street without much trouble.
Hope is very sweet and she is not a fear biter, she is great with all other dogs both male and female and she is learning to play with other dogs and also toys. She is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative and on preventative and is microchipped.

Rocky 2-3 year old Male
This cute boy is Rocky he is about 2-3 years old. He is very friendly, playful and also very strong. He is great with large female dogs. Not good with cats or small dogs and he likes to chase livestock. Rocky is housebroken, neutered, currrent on vaccincations. He is heartworm negative and on preventative. His manners need improvement and he needs somebody strong to work with him. He is very willing to please, and wants attention.

Roxie 1 year old Female
Roxy is probably a little over a year old.
Roxie and her brother Cody, who has been adopted were brought up from Los Angeles where they were going to be euthanized. Roxy is size of a small pony. She is a sweet dog, but had little training and because of her large size, she tries to bulldoze her way. She will push you out of the way if she wants something. I have been working a little with Roxy and her manners are improving. She is housebroken. She will require a strong owner to be able to handle a large dog without being dragged until their training can be completed. She is sweet and friendly and happy for any attention. Roxie is spayed, vaccinated heart worm negative and are on preventative. She is microchipped.
Looking for a home with No cats, small children, or small dogs.
